Once your application has been approved, we will send the agreements to your email for you to sign in Dokobit using a qualified Smart-ID or eID.

• Download and save the agreements after signing: there, you will find your account number and internet bank login name. You can log in to the internet bank here using the eParaksts mobile app, Smart-ID qualified electronic signature, or code calculator.
• If you have ordered a card, you will receive it within five working days at the indicated postal address or customer service centre.

After mutual signing of the agreements, we will send you an email the next day with the most important information so you can easily start using Luminor services!
