Loan for land acquisition

Consumer loan for the purchase of land without real estate pledge up to €20,000

Loan amount from €2,000 to €20,000, financing up to 100 % of the transaction amount and a repayment term of up to 7 years. Fixed interest rate from 9 % per year. Appraisal and real estate pledge are not required.

Mortgage loan for land acquisition along with construction

Financing up to 90 % of the total transaction amount with ALTUM guarantee. Loan repayment term up to 30 years. Financing is assessed together with the construction of the house. A construction project and construction estimate are required.

Mortgage loan for the purchase of land by pledging an existing property

Loan amount starting from €10,000. Financing up to 70% of the market value of the real estate you own. Loan repayment term up to 20 years. The money is transferred to the customer’s account and an existing real estate is pledged. The land purchased is not pledged to the bank.

Mortgage loan for land acquisition with a down payment of 35 %

Loan amount from €10,000 to €50,000, financing up to 65 % of the land value and a loan repayment term up to 7 years. Interest rate from 2.5 %+6-month Euribor.
