Mortgage loan with ALTUM support

For large families with three or more children (subsidy)

For large families with three or more children for home purchase, building or renovation.

The amount of the grant is:

  • € 8 000 if the family has 3 children or 2 children and pregnancy
  • € 10 000 if:
    • the family has 3 children, or 2 children and pregnancy, for a purchase of a near-zero energy building
    • there are more than 3 children in the family, or 3 children and pregnancy
  • € 12 000 if the family has more than 3 children or 3 children and pregnancy,  for a purchase of a near-zero energy building​

The maximum amount of the grant does not exceed 50 % of the amount of a home purchase, building or renovation costs.

Who can apply for the grant?

  • residents
  • family, if the average gross income per family member does not exceed € 17 000 during the last year
  • family that does not own another dwelling

You can only receive a grant once. The grant is linked to the bank loan and can be used without a housing guarantee.

For families with children (guarantee)

  • for the purchase, construction or reconstruction of real estate up to EUR 250,000
  • with children under 23 years of age or for families who are expecting a child

ALTUM guarantee period is up to 10 years. The amount of the guarantee is:

  • 10% of the loan principal and not more than EUR 10,000 if the family has one child or is expecting a child
  • 10–15% of the loan principal and not more than EUR 15,000 if the family has two children or one child and is expecting another one
  • 10–20% of the loan principal and not more than EUR 20,000 if the family has three children or two children and is expecting another one
  • 10–30% of the loan principal and not more than EUR 30,000 if the family has four children or three children and is expecting another one

The amount of the guarantee is increased by 5% if the loan is taken for the construction of a dwelling corresponding to the energy efficiency class of buildings “A” or a nearly zero-energy building 

 

For youg professionals (guarantee)

  • up to 35 years of age 
  • with secondary vocational or higher education 
  • ALTUM guarantee period is up to 10 years. The amount of the guarantee is up to 20% of the loan principal and no more than EUR 50,000 

For National Armed Forces soldiers (guarantee) 

A guarantee for a bank loan to cover the down payment for purchase or construction of housing by soldiers of the National Armed Forces. 

  • Persons eligible for the guarantee are soldiers of the National Armed Forces, provided that the price for purchase or construction of housing does not exceed EUR 250,000
  • Guarantee term is up to 10 years
  • The guarantee covers up to 25% of the principal loan amount but not more than EUR 20,000 
  • The guarantee can be applied for repeatedly if 3 years have passed since the previous guarantee was granted and the obligations under the previous guarantee have expired

Requirements for obtaining a loan

  • You are at least 21 years old
  • You have a regular monthly income of at least EUR 680
  • You have a combined monthly income of at least EUR 1100 if you apply with a co-borrower and you don’t have any dependents
