Our branches are operating during usual working hours.

The branches of Meet-up-Point concept operate only remotely. 
Our priority is to look out for the wellbeing of our employees and customers. For that reason, we ask you to use our remote services as much as possible. We are happy to advise you by e-mail, chat, phone, or video call.
We are only providing critical services at the branch, which cannot be provided remotely, like issuing access to Internet bank, making payments, changing limits or signing necessary documents. But we assure you that we are happy to provide a full range of consultations via phone or video call, be it on mortgages, loans or investments.
If you do need to visit us, please consult our website or Facebook page first to make sure there have been no changes in the regular opening hours of your local branch.
We also remind you to be extra careful with your access data when using remote services and not give it to anyone by phone or email, unless directly connected with the bank’s official channels.
Please be considerate of our employees and fellow customers and stay at home if you are feeling ill or have been quarantined.
