SK-Solutions has informed us that at the moment Android users can experience some issues while using Smart-ID app. If you don’t receive a push notification in the app, please do the following actions:
- Open the Smart-ID app manually
- Select the main menu from the top-left corner
- Tap on menu item Reset push notifications
- In this view press the Reset button
