
From Monday, August 26 until September 15, Luminor extends their business hours for two customer service centres in Riga - “Tērbata” and “Skanstes".
Such a decision was taken due to changes in the usage of authentication methods - from September 10 we terminate the authentication with code cards and GO3 calculators in Luminor|DNB Internet bank and mobile bank.
Employees of our customer service centres will be pleased to help you install the Smart-ID mobile app and tell you how to use it easily on daily basis.
You may download and start using Smart-ID yourself, avoiding the long waiting time at the customer service centres. Follow the steps, how to get a Smart-ID account. If you do not want to use Smart-ID, you may purchase the new code calculator at any of our customer service centres.
We kindly advise to change the code card or GO3 code calculator to another authentication method - mobile application Smart-ID or the code calculator Digipass 270 in a timely manner, the sooner - the better.
