Become a customer

If you have eID or Smart-ID Qualified you can become our customer remotely

Smart-ID and electronically signing

It is the easiest way how to login to Luminor|DNB internet bank and mobile bank. More information about Smart-ID can be found here.
 
To electronically sign documents, you need E-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature. If you have Smart-ID Basic account, then you can upgrade it to QES within minutes. Watch the video how you can do it.
 
All documents will be signed in the Dokobit environment, you can find an introduction here.

Cards

Contactless payment limit is increased from 25 Euros to 50 Euros per payment to make physical card payments as safe as possible.

Order a new card

You can order a new card through the internet bank. Cards are delivered by mail to the address provided. More information about debit card can be found here and about credit cards here.

If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go to Cards →​ New debit card application or New credit card application.
 
Change card payment limits

Your card payment limits can be checked and changed in your internet bank or by calling +371 67 17 1880.
 
If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to Messages → Messages to the bank → New application → Write a message in free form.

If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank and wish to change card payment limit go to Cards Change card limits (maximal limit 5000 EUR). To increase limit above 5000 EUR, go to Mail à New message and write a message in free form.

You can make payments in your internet bank, mobile application or during quarantine time by calling us +371 67 17 1880.

Set up a standing order

Standing orders and e-invoices can be also activated in your internet bank. 

If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to PaymentsRegular payments or Regular invoice payments.
If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go to PaymentsStanding order New standing order.
 
Change internet bank payment limits

Your internet bank payment limits can be changed in your internet bank.
 
If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to Messages New application Application from template Change of internet bank payment limits.

If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go to Mail → New message and write a message in free form.

Daily banking packages

Daily banking package agreement can be activated and changed in internet bank or by calling us  +371 67 17 1880.

If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to Accounts and cardsPackages.

If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go to Applications →​ New application →​ Application for Daily Banking Packages and apply for the most appropriate one.

Loans and grace period

Leasing and payment holidays

You can apply for leasing products by filling out the application (application is available in Latvian) on Luminor’s home page or by sending us a free-form application via Luminor’s internet bank.
If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to Messages Messages to the bank  New Application.
If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go to Mail  New message.

Leasing related documents can be signed with E-signature or Smart-ID Qualified.

You can apply to consultation, by filling out the request on Luminor’s home page or by calling  +371 67 17 1880.
 
If you have any questions about grace period, then please consult our Q&A. You can fill in the application form (application is available in Latvian) on our website to request a grace period. The application can be filled out in pdf format. Please sign it with e-signature or with Smart ID Qualified and e-mail it to us at lizings@luminor.lv

You can apply for home insurance by filling in an application or calling us +371 67 17 1880.

You can apply for CASCO by filling in an application or calling us +371 67 17 1880.

You can apply for borrower’s life insurance by filling in an application (application available in Latvian). Application and agreement can be signed with e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified.

Savings and investments

You can open deposit and saving accounts in your internet bank.
 
If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to section Deposits and Investments. Currently all investment consultations are offered only remotely. Please apply for online consultation by calling +371 67 17 1880.

If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go to Saving & Investments Deposits.

Pensions

You can apply for online 3rd Pension Pillar consultation by filling in the application on our webpage or by calling +371 67 17 1880.

Application for new 3rd pension pillar can be signed using qualified Smart-ID (QES) or e-signature.
 
If you are using Luminor 3rd Pillar Pension plans, you can see your current saving status on your internet bank.

To start using our internet bank call +371 67 17 1880. Internet bank agreement can be remotely signed only with either e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature.
