Private customer remote services

Use our business customer services remotely

Become a customer

Only private persons who already are Luminor’s customers and are authorized representatives of a legal entity can open an account for that legal entity remotely. As private customers you can start onboarding here.

To open an account for a legal entity, fill in an application on our website. After applying, bank employees will contact you to provide the necessary documents and provide consultation for products suitable for your company’s needs. All documents have to be signed electronically with either e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (watch the video how you can get it).

Smart-ID and electronic signature

Smart-ID enables to sign digital agreements and it is also the easiest way to log in to Luminor|DNB internet bank and mobile bank. More information about Smart-ID can be found here.

To electronically sign documents, you need E-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature. If you have Smart-ID Basic account, then you can upgrade it to QES within minutes. Watch the video how you can do it.

Cards

Contactless payment limit is increased from 25 Euros to 50 Euros per payment to make physical card payments as safe as possible.

Apply for a new card

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, fill out the application and we will deliver a new card by post. You can apply for a card remotely and receive it by post, if the user of the new card has access to Luminor|DNB internet bank.
 
Activate the new payment card

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, activate you card via internet bank under section Accounts and Cards → My cards.
 
Change the payment card’s daily or monthly cash-out limit

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, change you daily cash out limit up to € 10 000 by calling +371 67 17 1880. Limits can only be changed by the authorized representative.

If you use Luminor|Nordea internet bank, fill out free form application via internet bank. Limits can only be changed by the authorized representative.

Block and unblock the payment card

Payment card can be blocked and unblocked int the internet bank under Accounts and Cards → My cards or by calling +371 67 17 1880.

Get a reminder of the card’s PIN code

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, get your PIN code reminder via internet bank under Accounts and Cards → My cards.

Accounts

You can open an additional account for your company by filling out a free-form application via internet bank.

You can check your company’s account balance in your internet bank.

Payments

Change internet bank payment limits

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, you can either submit an application via internet bank  in section Messages → New application → Application from template → Change of internetbank payment limits or you can increase your internet bank payment limits up to € 75 000 by calling +371 67 17 1880. Limits can only be changed by the authorized representative.

If you use Luminor|Nordea internet bank, fill out free-form application via internet bank. Limits can only be changed by the authorized representative.

Loans

Apply for lending products

Company can apply for lending products by filling out the application on Luminor’s home page or by sending us a free-form application via Luminor’s internet bank.

Apply for loan holiday/grace period

Company can apply for a loan holiday/grace period by sending us a free form application via Luminor’s internet bank.

All lending-related agreements in the remote channels have to be signed electronically with e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (watch the video how you can get it).

Leasing

Apply for leasing products

Company can apply for leasing products by filling out the application on Luminor’s home page or by sending us a free-form application via Luminor’s internet bank.

Apply for leasing grace period

Company can apply for a leasing grace period by filling out an application, signing it and sending it to lizings@luminor.lv.

All leasing-related agreements and grace period applications in the remote channels have to be signed electronically with e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (watch the video how you can get it).

E-commerce Gateway

Company can apply for E-commerce Gateway by filling out the application on Luminor’s home page.

E-commerce Gateway agreement can only be signed electronically in the remote channels with either e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (watch the video how you can get it).

Savings

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, you can open a new term deposit in Luminor’s internet bank under the section Deposits and Investments → Deposits → Open New Deposit.

If you use Luminor|Nordea internet bank, you can open a new term deposit in Luminor’s internet bank under the section Savings and Investments → Deposits → Open time deposit.

Add a new internet bank user

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, submit application via internet bank in section Messages → New application → Application from template → Adding a new internetbank user. Service is available remotely, if new internet bank user already has access to Luminor|DNB internet bank.

If you use Luminor|Nordea internet bank, fill out the application and sign the agreement with your e-signature. Service is available remotely, if new internet bank user already has access to Luminor|Nordea internet bank and all related agreements are signed electronically.

Update information in the customer questionnaire

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, authorized representative can update information via internet bank in section Settings- Internet bank settings → My settings → Customer Questionnaire.

If you use Luminor|Nordea internet bank, signatory can update information in their customer questionnaire on our webpage.

Internet bank and mobile bank

For most of the remote services the easiest and often only way to access them is by using Luminor’s internet bank or mobile bank. To start using our internet bank call +371 67 17 1880.

Internet bank agreement can be remotely signed only with e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (watch the video how you can get it).
