**The costs of building the house must be submitted – a construction plan and an estimate. Access to the land must be legally guaranteed, and electricity must be connected before the disbursement of money. Construction cases are complicated and time-consuming, therefore we ask customers to apply for a loan before starting the process to discuss financing options and the construction process with the bank’s representative.
***The plot of land to be acquired is not evaluated (no appraisal is required, the possibility of building a house, the electricity connection, etc., is not assessed before signing the agreement).
